Exit planning for trades business owners
Preparing you for the hardest decision of your life: Exiting the business you spent 30+ years building.
Most trade business owners know how to run the work. They may not know how to prepare the business for what comes next.
I help you & your business get ready before you exit, so you walk away with what you've earned.
Why GGB:
I offer the industry-standard exit planning process, but I approach it from a different perspective, informed by my lived experience.
Brand analysis (what makes you different)
Culture assessment (what makes your team stay)
Positioning & marketing (how buyers see you)
Personal readiness (are YOU ready for what comes next?)
I translate the jargon into plain English. And I help you see your business the way buyers will.

About
I'm Andy DeMatos. I hold an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio and spent 15 years building brands for Pabst, Indian Motorcycle, and Polaris.
But my connection to the trades runs deeper.
My father ran a dental lab for 50 years. I'm selling it now. I helped my brother exit his security business.
I'm living through how overwhelming this process is for people who built a business around their trade. The paperwork never ends. Nobody prepares you for this part.
That's why I started Gotta Go Buffalo.
Let’s talk about your exit.
I'm here to listen to your story, understand what you've built, and help you create a plan that honors years of work.
